2. Joys/Concerns - went around table, each Elders sharing a few thoughts from each category
3. Word & Prayer – didn’t do Word, but did Pray
4. Elder Districts – took a random approach to assigning; sent message to Kurt, Rennie to look over; Sunday, everyone talks to people in their district; for people who are absent, Elders call/email
