- Determined and ordered Agenda
- Checked in - shared how each elder is doing individually, and any concerns among "flock"; acknowledge movement of individuals to and from Emmaus Road; will re-assign elders to groups/persons after additional elder recruited
- Confirmed recruiting new, additional elder remains priority; encouraged pastor to move forward initiating process
- Planned Road Crew meeting for Sunday March 3, to address GROUNDWORKS
- Listened to pastor's ideas re: prayer renewal; appreciating Suellen and others' faithfulness to renew pre-worship prayer; like idea of inviting people to specific prayer events around segments of church
- Ended meeting w/prayer
